Here is a PDF of “World’s Best Lasagna” Recipe.  The title was the name chosen by the author who posted it on the web, not by me.  We couldn’t let such a claim go by without trying it, so we did.  I can’t say it is most certainly the world’s best but it is pretty good and is of restaurant-quality.  We have made a number of ‘enhancements’ to it as seen in the PDF.
